A memorial art show featuring watercolor paintings of local beloved artist Mary Ann Putzier will be held from April 1 - May 5 at The Society of Bluffton Artists (SoBA) gallery, located at 6 Church Street in Old Town Bluffton. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
Beaufort South Carolina local, graphic designer and visual artist Louise Hall, is forging a new path for herself using her creative talents. Her love of the Lowcountry and its marine life is being represented in her new art form, which is made entirely from construction waste.
Lady's Island artist Billy Wilkie has been selected as the featured artist for the Third UpCycled Art Auction to benefit LowCountry Habitat For Humanity. Mr. Wilkie is known for his whimsical birds and Lowcountry scenes in acrylics and watercolors which can be seen locally at the Red Piano Too Galleryon Saint Helena Island.
The Art Market at Historic Honey Horn, a juried fine art and craft festivalis scheduled for Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 28. Ninety accomplished artists from the region and from across the country will be on site for our 17thannual Market.
Eve Miller, acclaimed pastel and oil artist, has partnered with the Beaufort Art Association (BAA) to offer a two-day workshop in Beaufort at the Retreat on Lady’s Island. The program will run from 10 am to 5 pm on Thursday, April 11, and Friday, April 12. The cost is $215 for BAA members and $225 for non-members.
